Danida ESP (Environment Support Program) communications system is a fully
integrated suite of instruments for all in-and external project communications undertaken by DANIDA in its Environmental Support Program.
Ease of use and image
Klint & Co. was asked to develop a user-friendly "communications central" that facilitates and streamlines communication both internally between the project-related parties and externally to the public on-and offline.
While ensuring a consistent, professional branding and graphic design of all activities within the Danida ESP organization.
Dynamics and scalability
The system is dynamically built and allows real-time development, making it less dependent on external developers (programmers and designers).
The fundamental idea is that users themselves create most of the content and expanded system facilities
in the rate that the needs arise without having to call for technical assistance.
The system is fully scalable and can easily be linked with additional modules - a modern system that constantly responds to changing user requirements.
(The operations of the system has as of 2011 been taken over by the Indonesian Ministry of Energy.)

The current system contains of a number of communication tools which cover communications requirements on-and offline:
Building a CMS calls for useful documentation in order to make it work for the users. We emphasized an almost extreme degree of not only graphic consistency but also verbal strictness.
These are our examples of how we combine aesthetics, good usability and an abundance of text-work in a highly standardized way in order to ensure a clear manual that works.
